Peptidebiologics shipping: timeline, origin, and tracking so far

Thinking about placing an order with Peptidebiologics (peptidebiologics.com) soon, but there's almost nothing public on them. A few things I want nailed down first. Where are they actually based — do they disclose a legal entity or a lab address anywhere? What peptides do they currently offer, and can you get batch-specific COAs before you buy? Are those COAs from independent third-party labs, and do they actually show HPLC/MS methods, purity results, and batch numbers? Shipping side: cold-chain or ambient, which carriers, transit times, how it's packaged, and do they reship if an order gets lost or held? Pricing too — is it fully transparent, what are the minimums and payment methods, and who's on the hook for international customs or duty? If anyone's ordered from them, I'd like to hear it.
