Stuff I can't figure out from public listings: which product lines are actually in the current catalog, and whether batch-specific identity/purity data like HPLC/MS is available before ordering. Are COAs posted per lot on the site, or only sent if you ask — and do they include testing lab, method, and date? For lab buyers, how are shipping destinations, carrier handling, packaging, and temperature/chain-of-custody described for lab materials? Do the published prices include shipping, testing documentation, or other fees, and are there minimum order quantities or bulk pricing tiers? Also where is the vendor located, and what entity or address is listed for returns, support, or regulatory correspondence?
