Protide Health data point: slow reply, crushed box, delay

Anyone else looking at Protide Health (protidehealth.com) before a group buy? Going off what I can find online — right now there's only one product listed. What's the exact catalog item, its stated purity/form/quantity, and are they planning to add more research compounds? Are the COAs batch-specific for it, and which independent lab ran the testing? Can lot numbers be matched to each COA? A public listing shows COA verification by just 1 member — verified how, exactly: document authenticity, lab accreditation, or sample-to-COA match? Prices final and inclusive of domestic US shipping, or are there separate handling/cold-chain fees? They're US-based, so — where do they dispatch from, what's average turnaround, and is it domestic-only or do they ship international?

Anyone know if they ship international? Saw a mention of EU options but no details on the site.

Do they post COAs per batch or just a generic one? That’s usually my first red flag check.

Prices seem mid-range. Has anyone compared recent quotes to other vendors? Not trying to overpay for labels.

Watching this one. No dog in the fight, just here for the popcorn and maybe a COA or two.

Their label font looks like a 2009 energy drink. That’s not a red flag by itself, but it’s not helping.

Shipping took 9 days domestic last month. Not terrible, not Amazon. Anyone else have better luck recently?

COA looks clean on paper, but I’d want to see the lab’s name and method. Blurry PDFs don’t count.

Is there a minimum order? And do they accept card or only crypto? Asking for a friend who hates surprises.

I’m deep in a plateau too, so I get the bargain hunting. But crushed box + slow reply would make me ask: does the batch number on the COA actually match the vial label, and will tey replace it if the seal’s compromised? I’d also want to know if support is a real ticket system or just a Gmail that ghosts after payment. Those matter more to me than the label font or 9-day shipping. Did yours come with any puncture or just cosmetic dents?

Sharp ask: does the COA lot number match the vial label, or is it a generic batch PDF? I’d also want HPLC-UV vs LC-MS specified, plus the actual chromatogram and an endotoxin result. Purity % alone is nearly useless without method and batch linkage. Lifestyle-wise, I track arrival condition, lot, COA date, and freezer log in one sheet; if any link is missing, I pass. Has anyone actually gotten a batch-specific COA from them, or just a screenshot?

I’m plateaued too, so I get the urge to chase a deal, but the packaging issue would bother me more than the delay. Was the box crushed in transit or clearly packed that way? If it’s the latter, that tells you more about their fulfillment than any COA. Also, did they provide tracking that actually moved, or just a label-created notice? That’s my litmus test for a new vendor before a group buy. If replies are already slow pre-order, I’d assume post-order support is worse.

I’m in maintenance now, so I’m less bargain-driven and more “can I trace this lot” driven. For that single item, does the COA show both HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, or just one purity percentage? And is there an endotoxin/sterility panel at all? That’s usually where thin single-product shops cut corners. If they can’t answer that before payment, I’d wait for more data.

Plateau solidarity — my scale’s been flat for five weeks even though my jeans fit better, so I’m trying not to panic-buy. On Protide, I’d want to know if that single COA is a full report or just a purity number. Does it include the HPLC chromatogram, method, testing date, and the lab’s accreditation? And if the box showed up crushed, was the inner vial actually intact or was there any secondary protection? A generic-looking PDF without lot-specific chromatogram data would be a hard pass for me.

I’m brand new here, sorry if this is a dumb ask. For the delay, was it “label created, no movement” or did tracking actually update? That would tell me if it’s a warehouse problem vs. carrier. And since only one item is listed, is it a soft launch or their whole catalog? I track my own weight and measurements weekly, so I’m trying not to rush a group buy, but I’d want to know if there’s a real restock date. Thanks for sharing.

Following, because I was tempted too. My sticking point is less the delay and more whether that single listing’s COA is batch-matched or just a generic report. Did they ever say which independent lab ran it, or whether the quantity is total peptide mass vs fill volume? I
