Pricing: do published prices include shipping or are there separate domestic shipping/bulk fees, and are all 30 products in stock right now? Location: do they disclose a specific US state/city, and does it match the business address and return labels on shipments? Catalog: can they confirm all 30 listed products are independently tested before dispatch, and whether COAs are available pre-order?

COAs are easy to post. The question is whether the batch numbers match what actually ships. If someone receives an order, can they confirm the vial label and COA lot line up? Not accusing, just been burned before.

Prices look mid-tier from what I remember. Did they change shipping fees or minimum order lately? A flat-rate option would make small orders way less annoying.
