Thinking about placing an order with Raw Amino (rawamino.com) soon, so trying to sort a few things out first. Only 7 products listed — is that the whole catalog, or are restocks and expansions planned? Are the published prices final for current batches, and do they include or exclude US shipping, handling, cold-pack fees? For US orders, what shipping methods, dispatch timelines, and tracking/insurance options are actually documented? COAs are my bigger question — are batch-specific ones available before purchase for all 7 products, and which third-party lab runs the testing? Also, does the US location mean domestic-only fulfillment? Any state restrictions, signature requirements, or return policies published anywhere? Anyone ordered from them lately?

Anyone know if they ship internationally, or is this US-only? Curious about typical transit times and whether tracking is included.

Do they post current COAs for each batch? I’d want to see dates, lab names, and maybe a heavy metals panel before considering an order.

Price seems a bit high compared to similar vendors. Is that small-batch packaging, or are we paying for fancy labels?

Their site says 'raw,' but every amino I’ve seen is a powder. Do they ship with desiccant and a scoop, or just a bag?

What’s the minimum order? I don’t need a kilo, just a small sample to check packaging and label accuracy.

I asked about shipping twice and got no reply. That’s either terrible customer service or they’re swamped. Either way, red flag for me.
