Recent PCT Zone order experiences, let's hear them

Planning an order from PCT Zone (pctzone.com) soon, so I'm poking around what I can find online. What product categories do they currently list? Do they publish exact compound identities, concentrations, and batch numbers before ordering? Are batch-specific COAs available for every product, and can buyers verify them through an independent lab's report or QR code? Where do they ship from, what jurisdictions do they serve, and what are typical delivery timelines, packaging, and customs-risk disclosures? Is pricing transparent, including shipping, minimum order, and payment methods, or do you only get quotes after contacting them? And what public contact, business registration, or location details do they provide for accountability and dispute resolution? Anyone ordered recently and can fill in gaps?

Can anyone share the current PCT Zone price list? Just comparing before I decide.

How’s shipping been lately—plain packaging, tracking included, or extra?

Do they post COAs per batch, or only on request?

Watching this. Want to see a few more recent delivery reports first.

Prices look okay, but “email for list” always feels like applying for a mortgage.

If the COA is older than my gym membership, that’s a no from me.

Do they combine shipping on small orders, or is it every man for himself?

Popcorn ready. Vendor threads are 10% info, 90% detective work.

i’m weird enough to log shipping: last order label created day 2, tracking stalled day 4–7, delivered day 11. The listing didn’t show a batch/lot at checkout; the vial sticker had one, and the COA link was generic, not tied to that lot. I screenshot the product page before paying because concentrations seemed to shift with restocks. Did anyone actually get a lot-matched COA without emailing support? That’s the data point I care about.

Honestly, i’ve been stuck at the same weight for six weeks despite tracking every bite and lifting four times a week. When I’m that frustrated, the only variable I’m willing to gamble on is supply consistency, not a mystery. Does their site show lot-specific sterility/endotoxin results or a QR that resolves to an

I haven’t ordered from them, but I’m the annoying person who asks for the actual lot-specific COA before paying. Specifically: lab name, method, test date, sample ID, and whether the batch on the COA matches the vial label. A generic product COA doesn’t reassure me. Has anyone here tried emailing the lab directly to confirm a sample ID? That’s the step I’d want before trusting a new

brand new here too — following this thread like a hawk, thanks for asking the smart questions!

That six-week stall is so real. Mine finally budged when I least expected it. Hang in there.

That six-week stall is brutal—but your trend line still knows the truth. Hang in.

different angle: even if the COA exists, I care whether one order ships a single lot or a mixed bag. A certificate for Lot A doesn’t help if the box contains A, B, and C. Concrete ask: has anyone received multiple lots in one PCT Zone order? I log weight 7-day average, protein, fiber, sleep, and any batch info in the same spreadsheet, mostly so I can rule out variables before blaming the scale. Boring, but cheaper than guessing.

Not a PCT Zone answer, but a tracking habit that saved my sanity: I log weekly averages instead of daily weigh-ins, plus sleep, steps, and protein. When the scale stalled, my resting heart rate and how my clothes fit were the real wins. I also keep a photo album of every product label and screenshot the listing before checkout—just for my own records. What’s one non-scale habit you’re leaning on right now while you wait on an order?

not a pct zone order, but my dealbreaker now is packaging: did anything show up with a lot code that actually matches the vial/cap, or just a generic sticker? i started logging cap color + lot + sleep + soda swap (2am dew to caffeine-free root beer) before i judge a batch. that way if i feel off i can tell if it’s the product or my ranked-gaming sleep debt. anyone gotten a shipping notice that mentions temp control/packing, or is it just a tracking number?

New here too, following this thread — the lot number question is exactly what I’m too nervous to ask 😅

My little pharmacy always asks lot # first, so I get the worry.

I haven't ordered from PCT Zone, but I keep a vendor sheet with columns for COA link, lab name, report ID, and whether the batch # on the label matches the sample ID on the PDF. Too many sites post a generic COA that can't be queried directly. For anyone who's ordered: does PCT Zone show a third-party lab plus a verifiable report number, or just a screenshot? That's the first thing I check before shipping prices even matter.

Not a PCT Zone order, but I feel the plateau grind. What’s helped me is tracking weekly waist and same-time fasting weight, not daily scale drama, and changing one variable at a time. For the vendor side, the detail I’d ask about is whether they list a manufacture/expiry date separate from the batch, and whether the batch is assigned before you pay. If the answer is vague, that’s a no from me. Has anyone actually gotten that in writing before checkout?

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned: whether the checkout shows a real business address and a support phone number. I ordered from a different supplier last spring, and

I’m in the same plateau slog, so I’ve got zero patience for vague vendor pages. One thig I’d want to know before ordering from anywhere: does PCT Zone assign batch numbers at checkout, or only after fulfillment? And if a listed batch sells out, do they email you for approval before swapping, or just ship a different one? That’s the part that would make me close the tab. Curious if anyone’s actually seen that happen.

Has anyone who actually checked out seen the lot number echoed in the confirmation email or packing slip, not just on the product page? That’s the part I can’t find a straight answer on. I want to match what arrives to a batch-specific COA without trusting a screenshot. Also, do they list a real support phone number, or is it web-form only? A vendor that can’t answer a simple “which lot did I get?” question is a no for me. Curious if recent buyers noticed either.

i’m in the same boat—lost 40, regained 25, now just trying to keep protein and steps consistent while I research. One thing I’d want before ordering: does their checkout show a phone number or only a web form? A generic contact page with no way to reach a human is my personal nope. Also, do they state a return/refund policy anywhere, or is it all sales final? I haven’t seen that mentioned here yet.
