Sunday stack audit

I got tired of scattered notes, so now I run a five-minute Sunday audit in a plain spreadsheet. Three columns: what I actually used, what I replaced, what I'm still curious about.

I log dates, cost, and whether the habit earned its spot, not amounts or sources. Last month it caught two duplicate supplement bottles and one opened bottle of bac water I'd forgotten.

Boring win: I stopped rebuying things because they sat in a cart, not because I needed them. It also gives me a clean list for appointments instead of ten screenshots.

Anyone else keep a keep-or-kill column for their routine, or am I just turning my shelf into a performance review?
