Viper Flex Labs order took forever but finally landed

Trying to decide between Viper Flex Labs (viperflexlabs.com) and another supplier I've had my eye on, and I keep hitting the same unanswered questions. Does their COA set cover the whole catalog or just selected batches, and can you pull them right off each product page? Are the listed prices current, and do they say whether shipping, taxes, and handling are in or out? What do they actually tell you about where orders ship from, which carrier, timelines, tracking, and reshipment terms? Is the vendor's physical location or jurisdiction disclosed anywhere, and does it line up with the shipping origin? And on the COAs themselves — are the lab name, test method, sample date, and batch/lot number all visible, and can a third party actually verify them? If anyone has looked into this, I'd take whatever verifiable details you've got.

Anyone know if they ship international? Looking at the EU specifically. Also do tracking numbers come standard or is that extra?

COA section looks updated, but I'd like to see batch numbers match the vials. Anyone confirm recent orders have matching labels?

Prices seem mid-tier. Not the cheapest, not the wildest. Following to see if the promos are actually worth it.

I'm just here for the drama and the coupon codes. Carry on.

Watching this thread. If shipping is quick and COAs are consistent, I might test the waters.

Does the site list shipping times by region? Seen too many vendors say 'fast' and mean three weeks.

Not saying it's a scam, but every new lab has a hype thread and a mysterious disappearance. Hope this one breaks the pattern.

What's the minimum order for free shipping? And do they combine partial orders? Asking for my cart.

Did the vial label lot actually match the COA lot? That’s the first column in my tracker—if it doesn’t, I mark it unverifiable and stop comparing price. I also log label-created vs. first carrier scan; my last 5 orders averaged 9.4 days, but the two that felt lost sat 5–6 days pre-scan. Shipping-speed claims mean little without that timestamp. Curious whether yours had a matching lot, or if the COA was just a generic batch PDF.

Night shift here. Shipping times by region is noise. What I’d ask: what’s their payment cutoff? If it’s 10am and you work nights, a Friday order can sit till Monday. Also did your tracking actually move, or was it label created for days? I log order date, label date, first scan, delivery. That gap tells me more than any “fast” claim. If support can’t answer cutoff and weekend shipping straight, that’s my red flag.

New angle: does the COA actually have a verifiable report ID/QR pointing to the testing lab’s own site, or just a PDF saying “purity 99%”? That’s become my first filter after a friend got a pretty certificate that didn’t exist in the lab’s database. Also, for us dorm folks: what’s the shelf life/storage once it lands? My mini-fridge is shared and I’m not trying to explain a mystery box to my roommate. If they won’t answer that without a DM, that tells me plenty.

tbh dorm mailroom is basically a greenhouse, so the only thing I’d add: did yours arrive with a temp strip or any cold-pack situation? My last picup sat in a 90°F lobby for three days and I side-eyed it like week-old dining hall chicken. Also, is the outer packaging boring enough that my RA won’t ask why my “art supplies” are refrigerated? I’m a budget student tracking
