SW: 247. CW: 198. GW: 175. It's been a journey. Started 16 months ago. First few months were easy, appetite suppression did most of the work. Then had to actually work for it. Lessons learned: protein is critical, resistance training preserves muscle, and don't fight the food noise — let the med handle it. Anyone else close to goal?
Down 49 lbs in 16 months — my journey and lessons
I could have written this post. Down 22 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
Yes! I noticed the exact same thing. Switched from sema to tirz and the difference in side effects was night and day. Tirz is much smoother for me.
I got my COA from the vendor but also sent a sample to an independent lab for verification. Both matched — 97.6% purity. If you're spending that much, the extra $50 for testing is worth it.
My A1C went from 7.2 to 6.2 in 6 months on tirz. My endo was shocked. The blood sugar control is honestly more important than the weight loss for me.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 26 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
