Three years here, mostly reading the logging and trendline threads, and I don't think I've seen this asked plainly.
I started in mid-2022 for weight — down about 46 pounds since — but the thing that actually got me to make the appointment was my hands. Two winters back I needed hot water to get a salsa lid off. That eased up before the scale moved much, which is when I started paying attention to the joint side of all this.
So I'm curious how the autoimmune-joint people here ended up where they ended up. Was it a real decision, or did it just come down to what the plan covered and what the pharmacy had on hand that month? Has anyone changed things up and noticed a difference in morning stiffness, or is that too fuzzy to pin down when everything else is shifting too?
Not looking for a winner or a recommendation — mostly wondering how other people framed the choice when the scale wasn't the whole reason.
