I weigh daily and mostly look at the five-day line, so this was a good week to practice being unbothered. My raw numbers went 181.8, 182.6, 183.1, 182.2, 182.9, 182.4, 181.9, which looks like a toddler scribbled it. The five-day average moved from 182.4 to 182.2, so basically a shrug.
I still logged my usual notes: water, steps around 7,200, a late salty dinner Thursday, and rough sleep two nights. None of that made me want to change five things at once.
The non-scale stuff was quieter but more real: my afternoon energy didn't fall off a cliff, and I got out for two short walks even on the busy days.
I'm keeping the routine boring this week. Anyone else find the five-day line easier to trust than the morning number?
