Reading non-responder studies because my own data is boring

Not a rant exactly, more of a compare-notes post. I'm about eleven weeks on a GLP-1, my prescriber has stepped the dose up twice, and my appetite log reads almost the same as it did in early spring.

I weigh food, sleep around seven hours, lift twice a week, walk most evenings. The only obvious change was a few days of queasiness after each increase, which faded.

Net change so far is two pounds down, and that's inside my usual monthly swing, so I don't count it.

What I'm curious about: for anyone who eventually responded, did it arrive as a distinct shift or a slow drift you only noticed later? And has anyone found actual literature on primary non-response with percentages, not just forum anecdotes? I keep seeing confident claims on both sides and no numbers attached.
