My concrete thing: I spent 45 minutes on hold Tuesday and got three different totals depending on whether I asked about insurance, cash pay, or some 'program.' I wrote them on a sticky note by the coffee maker. Not naming anyone, just wondering how other folks compare. Do you ask for an all-in estimate in writing, or just call around until one place gives a straight answer?
