Order landed today, 11 days to the Midwest. Everything intact — vials individually bubble wrapped, inner box sealed, batch numbers printed on each vial which I wasn't expecting. But the outer packaging is totally generic, no company name, no branding, customs declaration just says something vague. Is this how yours normally show up? Not complaining, just trying to figure out if this is standard or if I got lucky on this one.

Yeah that's normal for them. Four orders now, always a plain brown box with zero branding on the outside. Batch numbers on the vials line up with what's listed on their COA page. Never had a customs snag either, knock on wood.

Mine took 9 days last month, same plain packaging. One heads up though — check the crimps on the stoppers. I had one vial where it was slightly loose. Sent a photo and they replaced it, no hassle. Other than that everything's been fine.

Thanks for the post. Discreet outer box is standard, everything goes out batch labeled and sealed. Batch # on the vial matches the COA on the site, so you can check it yourself. If something shows up damaged or the crimp looks loose, just email support with a photo and we'll get a replacement out — usually same or next day depending on when it comes in.

What'd you grab, if you don't mind me asking? Mostly wondering if GHK-Cu is back in stock, it's been showing out for like three weeks and I keep missing it. Their restock emails are useless, they go to spam every time.
