I take progress photos on the road, so the setting is whatever hotel I'm in. Last night's bathroom had a vent that made the mirror fog up and my arms look like a plucked chicken.
I propped my phone on a shampoo bottle, set the 10-second timer, and tried to stand the same way as my January photo. The difference isn't huge, but my collarbone area looks less puffy and my side profile has a straighter line.
I celebrated with hotel coffee that tasted like regret. Do any other frequent travelers have a photo ritual that doesn't require decent lighting or warmth?
