My Sunday-night travel routine is mostly ziplock bags

Sunday nights I'm usually in a hotel with bad lighting and a desk the size of a laptop. My version of a reset is less spa candles, more damage control: I empty my backpack, toss the sad banana, refill my 24-oz bottle, and make four snack baggies with almonds or turkey jerky.

Then I stack Monday's protein shakes in the mini fridge like Tetris. Ten minutes, max. The weird part is it makes Monday travel feel less like a scavenger hunt.

If I skip it, I end up grazing from whatever the hotel lobby has near the elevator. If I do it, I actually eat something before my first meeting instead of pretending coffee is a food group.

Curious what everyone else does — do you have a small Sunday thing that keeps the week from turning into gas-station snacks?
