I’m a broke dorm kid, so my big luxury is a $1.25 Greek yogurt and whatever chicken thigh is on sale. Lately my roommate keeps sending me reels about nasal peptide sprays for sleep, and I can’t tell if it’s legit curiosity or just my algorithm noticing I’m awake at 2am again. I already take a GLP-1, sleep has been weird since I started, and I’m not trying to add some mystery powder to my nose without understanding it. But I am curious whether anyone here has gone down that rabbit hole and come out with a boring, sensible take. I mostly just want to stop waking up at 3am and then craving dining hall waffles. Is this just another internet side quest, or is there something to the sleep-peptide chatter?
Anyone else see nasal peptide sleep stuff and get curious?

Tbh before you buy a nasal anything: what’s your actual sleep metric? I tracked two weeks—time to fall asleep, wake-ups, wake-time variance. My “insomnia” was mostly a 2am screen habit plus late caffeine. Fixed those, latency dropped. The peptide reels are just your algorithm monetizing a vague problem. If you can’t quantify it, you can’t optimize it. Dorm room temp and roommate noise are free variables too. So: are you taking longer to fall asleep, or waking up at 3am? Those need different fixes.
