Insurance hiccup may leave a one-week hole in my refills

Small-town pharmacy thing, not a crisis, but I’m annoyed. I’ve been steady since Janary and had my routine down: Friday morning pickup, coffee, then home before the school bus. My insurance switched to a new prior approval and the local pharmacy can’t run it through until the 19th.

That means a seven-day gap between my last dose and the next one. I’m not asking for dosing advice, just wondering how other folks handle a skipped week mentally and practically. Do you keep your same food and water habits, or let the week be a reset?

I’m mostly worried the appetite noise comes roaring back and I talk myself into the gas station doughnuts. Any boring routines that helped you ride out a gap?
