Nine weeks of flat numbers and my appetite is creeping back

Down 61 pounds since last August, and I've been parked inside a four-pound window since the middle of May. Nine weeks. Nothing dramatic is different — protein lands between 120 and 140 most days, I walk 7-8k, lift twice a week, and sleep is my weak spot at maybe 6.5 hours.

Hunger is what bothers me more than the number. A month ago I could split a restaurant entree with my husband and be fine.

Lately I'm picking at his fries before the plate even lands, and I caught myself eating peanut butter out of the jar at the counter twice this week. Portions aren't exploding, they're just drifting. A bite here, a handful there.

I keep telling myself this is data, not a verdict, but some mornings it feels like I'm doing the homework and getting no credit. For anyone who sat in a long flat stretch and came out the other side — did you actually change something, or did your body just decide when it was ready?
