Ten kilos down, but my weekly median is the metric

Twelve weeks of tracking, 95.0 kg to 84.9 kg. That's 10.1 kg, but the useful part is the 7-day median: down for six consecutive weeks at roughly 0.35 kg/week.

Waist tape down 7 cm; resting heart rate down 4 bpm. Appetite is quieter, though the actual drivers have been a fixed protein target and 8k steps on most days. I'm not doing a victory lap.

I updated the spreadsheet, noted two higher-salt dinners that bumped the daily number, and kept the trend column intact. For people who track: do you use a 7-day median or a 30-day average when deciding whether a plateau is signal or noise?
