I took my last dose in early April after about a year and a half on it, down 58 pounds. The first two months off felt almost too easy — same plate, same portions, same Monday weigh-in.
Then somewhere around week eleven the evening grazing crept back in. Not a binge, just crackers while I packed the kids' lunches, a spoon of peanut butter standing at the counter.
What surprised me was how quiet it was. No switch flipping, just appetite and old routines slowly renegotiating.
What has held: protein at breakfast, a walk after dinner, keeping the snack drawer boring on purpose. What slipped: water, sleep, and actually sitting down to eat insted of hovering.
I'm not panicking, but I am watching closely. For anyone who's come off, which habit turned out to be the load-bearing one for you?
