Flat scale for ten days, rolling average disagrees

Daily weights since March, same scale, same conditions. The raw number has bounced between 203.0 and 204.8 for the last ten days, which looks flat if I only read the top line.

My 7-day rolling average moved 203.9 to 203.4 over that span. Appetite and energy are unchanged. Waist tape same.

I track a 14-day trend, so this reads like normal variance, not a true stall. I’m not changing anything for another two weeks; if the rolling mean flattens for three weeks, I’ll reassess intake and activity.

For those who log daily: what flat window do you use before treating it as signal rather than noise?
