I stopped arguing about which one is superior and logged them as two tools. Four weeks of after-dinner walks, around 7k steps, no lifting changes: weight down 3 lbs, sleep score up, back stiffness gone. Four weeks of two kettlebell sessions plus baseline steps: weight down 1 lb, but I could carry all the groceries in one trip and my posture stopped auditioning for a question mark. Walking is my appetite regulator and recovery filler. Lifting is my shape and capacity builder. The combo is less exciting than either argument. For those further along, which one do you keep when time gets tight?
