Mazdutide (also known as ecnoglutide) is a GLP-1/glucagon dual agonist being developed by Innovent Biologics in China. Phase 2 showed ~15% weight loss. It's further along in Asian markets. Anyone following the Chinese GLP-1 development scene? There's a lot happening that doesn't get covered in Western media.

The Chinese peptide market is moving fast. Innovent, Hualan, and several others are developing GLP-1s and dual agonists. Mazdutide specifically has shown good results in Asian populations, who tend to respond differently to GLP-1s (more GI side effects, slightly less weight loss).
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 2.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 30 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
