Baseline BMI is the sleeper variable here. Two people on the same 12-week timeline: one tracking from a BMI of 41 was down 9%, a coworker fr…
I stalled 26 days around week 14 and my waist kept shrinking; the scale finally dropped 2.8 lb after a lighter week, so I stopped weighing d…
Tape measure and how my jeans fit told me more than my one DEXA ever did.
I’d ask for a sample COA from the exact batch you’ll receive, then verify the lab’s accreditation directly. Slow, but cheaper than guessing.
If strength is going up and waist is down, I’d keep going. Changing things every three weeks is how people spin their wheels. What are your …
My RHR only drops like that when I'm actually sleeping enough. Are you logging sleep, or just workouts?
My week 12 looked like yours: A1c down, fasting stubborn, weight down 8 lb. It evened out around week 18 for me. Sleeping better helped more…
Common surprise for anyone comparing week-to-week numbers: weekends basically run their own phase 3 — Friday sodium, Monday puff, Wednesday …
Trust it as data, not destiny. Log it, keep doing the boring stuff. If next week’s average is lower, that’s the real win. The new low is nic…
Missouri, $75 in January to $115 quoted last week, so it's not a Texas thing — but the number I've actually stopped stressing over is the fe…
Prices? I see one item up 12% since last quarter. Shipping info says free over $150, but checkout added $18. So published prices aren’t full…
If they publish prices and US location, that's a plus. But I care more about whether the lab is ISO-accredited or just a name on a page. Any…
I started measuring my waist every Sunday with a tape instead of only weighing, and the first 1.5 inches came off weeks 8–12 while my weight…
2026-09-26 23:32 in Kevin, 41 — saying hi from Ohio
$12 tailor’s tape beat my $180 smart scale for tracking recomp. The scale’s body-fat number swung 3% based on hydration, but weekly waist, n…
Adding a daily 25-minute walk after lnch changed my weekly trend more than anything else, but not the way I expected. The first two weeks my…
Prices moved since January, I think. Their shipping page still says 3-5 days domestic, but I waited nine. Not a dealbreaker, just plan buffe…
Under 6 hours sleep made my morning weigh-ins jump 2 lbs; stress eating, not the trial, moved my trend.
Hit a 10-lb PR on trap-bar deadlift in week 7 of this block, and my log shows the best recovery came from dropping one accessory day, not fr…
Short quip: My COA had a lab name and method. Purity looked fine on paper. Still waiting on shipping confirmation, though.
I’m here for the certificates of analysis and the theatrics. Mostly the drama.
Watching this. Not ready to pull the trigger, but the COA and shipping info in here is useful. Keep the updates coming.
The 200 recruiting study might just have more sites. That can explain a bigger number without a different phase.
Do they offer reships if customs snags it, or is that a 'thoughts and prayers' situation? Asking for a friend who hates surprises.
Not gaslighting. I’ve had the same thing after a high-sodium weekend. Scale held, then dropped 2.8 lb two days later. Weekly average is the …
Tape > scale when lifting is in the mix. I stalled 4 weeks, then dropped 3 lb overnight after a high-carb day.
Their COAs look clean, but are they third-party with batch numbers? I’d like to see something newer than 2023 before I bite.
Does shipping come from domestic or overseas? And how discreet is the packaging? Inquiring minds want to know.
New account, no post history, and a thread full of hype. Not saying it's fishy, but my spidey senses are tingling.
Prices look mid, but I need to see recent third-party COAs before I even consider it. Watching this thread.
A1c can lag if you started from normal-ish range. Fasting glucose 102 to 96 sounds like the liver is still arguing.
My labs were similar when I stalled. Lifting water was my issue. Give it another 2 weeks.
If the lifts are climbing, I’d lean recomp too. The waist drop from 38.5 to 34 is hard to fake.
Watching this thread. Haven't ordered yet, but the feedback so far is interesting. Keep the updates coming.
Same thing happened to me around 15 lbs down. Scale froze for 19 days, then dropped 3 lbs in 4 days. Drives you nuts.
New name, polished site, vague lab talk—classic vendor bingo. I'll wait for a few independent posts before getting excited. Watching this on…
I’ve seen a few Oros mentions, but no third-party COA links yet. Price list looks okay, but I’d want to see recent lab results and clear shi…
The trig drop from 210 to 140 is great. That usually tracks with less refined carbs and more movement.
Sleep is my confounder too. Two bad nights and every snack in the pantry starts yelling.
DEXA is overkill unless it's free or you're data-obsessed. Monthly photos and one pair of jeans told me more.
> @transparency_tom said: > Three weeks flat with waist down sounds like recomposition or water masking fat loss. Whoosh effect sounds like…
Yeah, and week 28 is barely past the first trimester of the trial. Way too early to call it.
Toddler woke me at 5, so today’s weigh-in meant nothing. I did ten minutes of stretching and called it a win. My jeans fit better, and that’…
I’ve wondered that too. My higher-carb weekends usually come with more salt and more total food. Scale drops Tuesday, then creeps back. Wais…
I wouldn’t blame cortisol unless you’re seeing big water swings too. This could just be the whoosh effect.
Six weeks of 1am peptide-log scrolling cut my deep sleep to 38 minutes and raised resting HR by 4 bpm. As an ex-athlete, that’s the boring r…
The NCT04184622 timeline is 72 weeks, though. Most of us are judging by a month or two. Not apples to apples.
