Fair, but Phase 2 used teh efficacy estimand too. If Phase 3 does the same, the gap is not just press-release spin.
I’d look at the trend, not the week. Four weeks flat with waist down is a recomp signal to me. I’d wait, maybe add a rest day if sleep is ju…
Yeah — the part people forget when comparing options: 5/10/15 mg arms make dose-response way easier to talk about than a single-arm setup.
Photos are underrated. I hate taking them, but side-by-sides show more than a 0.4 lb daily swing.
What did your weekends look like the last three weeks? That would explain a lot more than daily water shifts.
The weight-loss LDL bump is one of those things forums argue about forever. Some of it is cholesterol mobilization from fat loss, some is di…
The pediatric 125 is the curveball here. Still recruiting, separate protocol probably.
Your iron comment made me check old labs. My A1c was 6.9 when ferritin was low, then 6.5 after it normalizde. Wild.
Sleep beats dinner timing for my glucose too. Late meal matters less than a 5-hour night.
Rescue meds are such a cop-out in these trials.
Mine went 2.1 to 1.6 with similar changes. LDL still bumped up, though.
What are you eating and how often? Not asking for a plna, just curious what changed.
What stood out to me is the discordance. A1c reflects about 3 months of glucose, but CGM only shows what it sees. If you're not wearing it c…
The weight plateau is interesting. Are you eating less than before because appetite is still low, or has it come back? That changed my eveni…
Mine stalled around month 14 too. Weight loss stopped and A1c crept 6.5 to 6.7. Added 20 min walks after dinner and it moved a bit.
I noticed the week-20 flattening too. The supplement lists GI dropout at 13.2% vs 6.8% placebo, which feels high for an oral arm.
Iron can skew it too. My ferritin was 11 and my A1c read high until that was fixed. GP never mentioned it.
That's my gripe too. The STEP substudy showed lean percentage improving, yet the headline was basically 'GLP-1 eats muscle.'
Your ALT and CRP drops are the real story.
Same lab each draw? My HDL swings 5-8 points between tests, which is annoying.
Shipping reply I got: ships from US, carrier varies, 2-5 business days, tracking after label creation. International unclear. Anyone else co…
Not a plateau if the waist is changing. I’d wait two more weeks, then reassess. But 1800 with 130g protein and lifting sounds solid.
I’d ask for forced degradation. If the 8.4 min peak grows with heat or light, it’s real. If it shifts with mobile phase pH, method artifact.
Honestly the calf raises could just be the tendon's own timeline. Eight weeks is right about when mine turned the corner with no peptides in…
That's inside assay noise. You're chasing a rounding error.
Caffeine is a bigger lever for me than I thought. Cutting my second cup took 3 bpm off in a week. Did you taper or go cold turkey?
Sleep is the missing variable for me. Bad sleep nights add 5 bpm. Good sleep and I'm back to baseline.
Resting HR 62 to 69 is a big jump for six weeks. Mine went 58 to 63 by week 5, then eased to 61 by week 10.
