Peptide cheat sheets floating around look like nonsense to me

Night shift here. 11 to 7, four on four off. My whole routine is protein, sleep, and walking on my days off. Nothing fancy.

Every week or so somebody posts a "cheat sheet." Grid of names, arrows, week counts, columns for this and that. I read two of them and closed the tab. It's one person's routine dressed up as a rulebook. Half the claims had no source. The other half was a single log from a single run.

I'm not against peptides existing. I'm against the packaging. Slapping "master" on a chart doesn't make it one.

Maybe I'm too skeptical at 4am. But if a table can't tell me who it's for and what it's built on, it's not information. It's marketing.

Anyone else scroll past these, or do some of you actually save them?
