Hit a long plateau on tirz at 15mg and made the switch to reta about ten weeks ago. Down 53 lbs total now and the scale is moving again. The transition was smoother than I feared — appetite suppression feels deeper, sides are manageable. Anyone else switch after a tirz wall? Curious how it settled for you long-term.

Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 10, 7.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
I've been at 12.5mg for 15 months now. The jump from 7.5 to 12.5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
