Getting my first reta kit tomorrow and want to make sure I have the bac water ratio right before I touch anything. Also — injection timing? Morning vs evening seems to be personal preference from what I've read, but is there any consensus on fasting around it? Would rather learn from people who've done it than guess.

I could have written this post. Down 5 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.

I've been at 5mg for 9 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
