I started around 260 last winter and today the scale says 180-ish, which still feels fake when I type it. But for the last three weeks it has been giving me the same number like it’s clocked out. My dorm meals are basically a rotation of microwave rice, canned chicken, frozen edamame, tuna packets, and a yogurt cup I pretend is dessert. Cheap protein has carried me, but I think my portions have slowly gotten roomier and my late-night study snacking has crept back in. Not huge stuff, just a handful of crackers here, an extra string cheese there. I’m not panicking, more like annoyed at the plot twist after the fun part. I’m going to measure my rice for a week and add a real vegetable that isn’t just salsa. Has anyone else had a long flat stretch after a big drop, and what tiny change helped you notice your own drift?
Dorm-food math got me down 80, now the graph is napping
