Food's muted, TV's dull — what's actually still fun for you?

Down 51 pounds over thirteen months, and the scale has been flat since before Thanksgiving. I can live with the plateau. What's throwing me is the flatness everywhere else. Meals used to be the punctuation marks of my day — now I eat, I'm fine, and I move on. That's supposed to be the win, and it is, but my evenings feel weirdly hollow where the snacking and the food math used to live.

Stuff that's actually helping: twenty minutes of deliberately bad watercolor painting after dinner (I'm terrible at it, which turns out to be the point), and learning to pull a decent espresso at home so coffee is a hobby instead of a delivery system. I've also been walking a different street every week just to see something I haven't noticed.

I'm not sad, exactly. Just bored in a way I didn't see coming. So — what still feels genuinely fun to you? The smaller and more whimsical the better. I need ideas that don't involve a scale, a macro, or another tracking app.
