How do you keep inflammation notes from sprawling

I have been trying to keep a simple inflammation log for the past three weeks: a 1–5 score each evening for morning stiffness, face puffiness, and how my joints feel after my usual 30-minute walk. I also jot one line about sleep and one about whether I had a long sitting day.

The trouble is that my notes are already split between a paper pad and my phone, and I am not sure my weekly average is telling me anything useful. I do not want to turn this into a symptom junk drawer, but I also do not want to miss a pattern.

For those of you who track this kind of thing, what fields actually earn their place? Do you keep one number, a short list, or a weekly summary, and what did you drop when it got too fussy?
