I have a rice cooker, a mini fridge, and roughly zero ability to keep up with this sub. Joined mostly for beginner explainers, then blinked and there were forty new update threads. My system so far: read titles during the walk to my 8am, save anything that sounds relevant, then never open the saves because Iโm reheating lentils in a mug. Cheap protein rotation is eggs, canned tuna, and Greek yogurt with cinnamon pretending to be cheesecake. Not complaining, just trying to figure out how people filter signal from noise when the sub moves faster than my meal prep. Do you skim daily, wait for a weekly recap, or just search when something changes for you?
