My 3 a.m. shirt swap became a data point

Three weeks into retatrutide, I added a column to my sleep log: damp, damp-ish, dry. The pattern is less random than I expected. It shows up two days after my weekly shot, around 3 a.m., mostly when my last real meal was later than 8.

Room is 67°F, same cotton sheets, fan on. I wake, swap shirts, go back to sleep, then spend the morning mildly annoyed at the laundry math. Not looking for dosing advice.

I’m just curious whether other people find this tracks with injection timing, dinner timing, or absolutely nothing. My current hypothesis is “all of the above, weakly.” Dry one-liners welcome.
