Off reta, my dorm fridge still acts like a coach

I stopped reta a little over two months ago, mostly because my budget and my supply both hit zero. I’m a dorm kid, so my old food pyramid was ramen, dining-hall pizza, and whatever free bagel appeared at club meetings. During the run I got weirdly into cheap protein: tuna packets, cottage cheese, boiled eggs smuggled from the dining hall, lentils in a rice cooker I hide from my RA. The surprise is that the habits didn’t leave when the meds did. Last night I made a tuna-rice-peas bowl instead of ordering $18 noodles, and I actually wanted it. Down maybe 22 lb from my start, holding steadyish for 9 weeks. My roommate still says my fridge smells like a sad aquarium. Anyone else find the routine outlasts the pen?
