Just read the latest Phase 2 data for retatrutide. 24.2% weight loss at 48 weeks at the 12mg dose. That's significantly better than tirzepatide. Anyone in the Phase 3 TRIUMPH trials? Would love to hear about the experience.

I'm in the TRIUMPH-1 trial. Can't share specifics due to NDA but the drug is very real. Side effect profile is similar to other GLP-1s — mostly GI.
The triple agonist mechanism (GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon) is the key. The glucagon receptor adds fat oxidation on top of appetite suppression. This is the future.
The question is when this becomes available. Phase 3 won't read out until 2026 at the earliest. Meanwhile, research-grade retatrutide is circulating in the peptide community.
