I watched a short video this morning saying the first few pounds are often water and inflammation, not proof the whole plan is magic. My layperson take: okay, but it still felt good to see 7 lbs down over six weeks while feeding two kids and packing school lunches.
My 4pm snack drawer is still very much a thing, so I’m trying not to treat the scale like a report card. For those further along, did the early number mean much to you, or was it just noise?
