I’ve been around this forum for three years, mostly reading the maintenance threads and nodding. Stopped my GLP-1 eight weeks ago, no grand plan, just life got busy.
This Sunday I made a pot of turkey chili, the kind that usually turns into a graze-while-cleaning situation. I left the serving spoon in the pot instead of bringing it to the table.
Ate one bowl, felt done, put the rest into four containers for the week. Didn’t think about it until later.
That used to take actual willpower, and even then I’d usually go back for a second pass. The medication changed the early part, but the smaller habit seems to have stayed.
Not magic, just kind of quiet. Anyone else notice the routine outlasts the appetite shift?
