Three years here and I still get more out of the trial decks than the comment threads under them. Someone dropped the TRIUMPH-2 part one material last night, and I went through it twice with tea instead of doomscrolling.
What struck me is how mundane it is, in a good way. Titration tables, discontinuation rates, the demographic grid that never quite looks like who actually posts here. I've kept a plain note file since January 2022 โ date, week number, how the week felt โ and holding that up against sixty-some pages of pooled data is humbling. My n=1 is a grain of rice.
Not a victory lap, though. There's a few cuts I'd want broken out by starting BMI, and part two is usually where the comparisons people actually argue about live. If history is any guide, one headline number gets quoted out of context by Thursday and we spend a week untangling it.
Mostly curious if anyone else reads these for fun or if I'm the odd one treating them like a Sunday crossword. What section do you jump to first?
