Twelve weeks of keeping it off, and the plan got plainer

I’m not doing anything dramatic. Since I hit goal, I’ve stayed inside a 4-lb window for about three months.

The biggest change has been a 15-minute kitchen shutdown after dinner: I put leftovers away, start the dishwasher, and make a mug of decaf tea. That one cue has done more for my evening eating than any new app.

I still weigh most mornings, but I only look at the weekly median. Steps average around 8,500, and I lift twice a week.

Hunger is not silent, but it’s more like a text message than a siren. Some days the old snack chatter gets loud, and I just go to bed earlier.

Curious what small routines other folks are keeping in the maintenance phase, especially the boring ones that actually stick.
