What I can find online shows published prices and shipping info, plus some COA docs — but are those COAs batch-specific and tied to the exact lot that ships, with the testing lab, methods and dates shown? Which products even have published COAs, and can I review them before checkout instead of after I've already paid? Shipping side: where do they ship from, domestic or international, which carrier, how long in transit, is tracking included, and is there anything for temperature control or packaging? Also — do the listed prices cover shipping, taxes or cold-chain fees? Minimum order or bulk pricing anywhere? Anyone actually ordered from them?

I pulled up the listing last night. Prices are visible, but COAs sit behind a request form, not the cart. That part bugs me.

Same. I want the exact lot number matched to the vial I get, not just a generic PDF from last spring. Dates and lab names matter.

Their shipping page says domestic only, but origin is vague. That's a yellow flag for me.

I emailed support about lot-specific COAs. They said 'typically available after order.' I'd rather see before checkout, honestly.

Checked three product pages: only two have COAs, both old. Methods listed? One HPLC, no mass spec. I keep notes.

I asked about carrier and tracking. Reply said USPS, 2-5 days, but no origin state. Still waiting on clarity.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but if the COA isn't tied to the lot, it's just wallpaper. I want lab, method, date, lot, all in one place.

Their checkout does show shipping cost before payment. No COA preview though. I screenshotted the terms just in case.

I'll wait for someone to post a received order with matching lot and COA. Until then, my cart stays empty.
