Avis
Epithalon improved my sleep architecture - deeper, more restful sleep. Telomerase activation is the main draw. Been using for 6 months. Biomarkers of aging improved slightly. Very safe with no side effects.
Epithalon is a long game. No instant effects but after 6 months my immune system is stronger - haven't been sick once. Sleep is noticeably deeper. The telomere research is compelling for longevity.
