Started taking Reta in May 2026 and 3 months later I'm down 33 lbs. Taking 6mg but weight loss has gotten slower. Thinking about going up to 8mg. The triple agonist mechanism is unreal.
Reta reversed my type 2 diabetes. A1C normalized within 4 months. Also lost 25 lbs. The heart rate increase is real though - monitoring that closely with my doctor.
Down 28 lbs in 4 months. The weight loss is unmatched but increased heart rate is a real side effect. Also noticed it blunted my dopamine - lost interest in unhealthy habits which was actually positive.
