Tiny chest flutters have me checking my notes twice

Honestly, i noticed a light fluttering in my chest twice yesterday—once while I was sitting still reading, and once right after a slow set of stairs. My watch showed my resting pulse around 72, then a brief jump to the mid-90s for maybe ten seconds, then back to normal.

I’ve been logging sleep, water, caffeine, and how I feel after meals, mostly because I like patterns.

This wasn’t painful and I didn’t feel faint, but it was odd enough that I wrote down the time and what I’d eaten. I sent a note to my clinician because I’d rather ask than wonder.

Part of me is curious whether other people here have noticed little rhythm blips while their bodies are adjusting, and what details they kept track of so they could describe it clearly.

I’m not asking for a diagnosis or anything scary—just gentle compare-notes energy. If you’re comfortable sharing, did yours cluster around caffeine, poor sleep, dehydration, or nothing obvious at all?
