Reworking my food defaults after 92 pounds down

I’m 92 pounds down over about two years, and the next 35 are acting like they’re bolted to the floor. Since mid-June my weekly average has bounced inside a 2.5-pound range. I’ve kept protein high, walked after dinner, cut the late-night cereal, and swapped my giant lunch salad for a smaller one with more chicken.

None of it has moved the needle yet. What’s weird is that the habits that got me here feel almost too easy now, which makes me suspect I’m eating more than I think. I started weighing the olive oil and actually measuring the peanut butter instead of eyeballing a spoonful. That alone was humbling.

I’m not looking for a miracle, just trying to figure out whether I need to change the food itself or just tighten the portions I already like. For those who lost a big chunk and then had to modify the menu again, what change actually made a difference for you?
