My travel kit survived three hotel stays this month

I work on the road, so my GLP-1 routine lives in a small zip pouch. This month: three cities, four hotel breakfasts, two catered lunches, and one mini-fridge that hummed like a tiny jet engine.

Wins: kept protein shakes cold, grabbed eggs and fruit before the pastry tray, and walked the parking lot loop after sessions. Fail: the complimentary snack basket at check-in got me twice.

Scale is down 0.8 lb from where I started the trip, which I’ll take. The kit is boring: pouch, water bottle, a few shelf-stable protein things, and a note that says “eat protein, then decide.” What’s in your road kit these days?

Do you pack snacks or trust the hotel?
