I’m cautious about temperature swings, so I moved my retatrutide from the fridge door into a small hard eyeglass case on the middle shelf. I added a $9 thermometer and started jotting the morning reading on painter’s tape. Three checks this week: 38.1°F, 37.6°F, and 38.0°F.
The case keeps it from touching the back wall, and I kept the little desiccant packet from the box. I still take it out, look at the liquid, and put it straight back—no long kitchen-counter detour.
The thing I can’t settle is whether a shared fridge opening every 20 minutes is hard on it, even if the thermometer says things are steady.
I’m not looking for dosing help, just storage comparisons. If your household fridge is busy, do you use a dedicated bin or a cooler spot, or am I overthinking the swings?
