First week and a waiting room chair didn't pinch

For what it's worth, hi everyone, I hope it's okay to post something so small. I started this past Monday, and I'm still in the nervous, is-this-normal phase. Today I had a routine checkup and sat in one of those waiting room chairs with hard arms.

Usually I have to angle myself or perch forward because my hips press into the sides. This time I sat all the way back without thinking about it. I almost didn't notice until I stood up.

I know the scale hasn't moved much yet, and I'm trying not to expect much this early, but that chair felt like a tiny quiet win. Does anyone else get random non-scale moments before appetite or weight changes? Thank you for having me.
