I started at 318, down 74 over about 14 months, and right now I’m bouncing between 244 and 247 for the seventh straight week. The coverage denial landed this week, and weirdly the plateau stings more than the letter.
I know the routine still works in theory: Sunday prep, 25-minute walks after dinner, protein first, water bottle on my desk. But the scale is giving me nothing, and the letter says keep going isn’t covered.
I’m not looking for dosing advice or shortcuts — just trying to stay sane while the numbers sit still and the appeals process crawls. Anyone else hit a long flat stretch right when coverage got shaky?
