Honestly, i’ve been circling the same four pounds since the second week of March. Morning weights: 214.6, 213.9, 215.1, 213.2, back to 214.8.
I’m still doing the boring stuff—130g protein, 8k steps, two full-body lifts, and a walk after dinner when I can. Sleep has been garbage thanks to a work deadline, so maybe that’s part of it.
The odd part: my waist tape dropped almost an inch in the same stretch. I want to be patient, but every morning I open the app hoping for a number that actually moves.
I’m not ready to change anything drastic, just trying to decide whether daily weigh-ins are helping or just grinding me down. Has anyone else had the scale park for a month while measurements kept drifting?
What did you trust more during that stretch?
